How to order your custom backdrops?

Step1: Select the size you want in Custom Backdrops and place the order.

Step2: If you need to design your own backdrop, please send us your own pictures or logo by clicking the bottom "Upload Image".

Step3: After uploading your images, you can input your name or mark your own text in the textbox.

Step4: Add this item to your cart and remit. We will deal with it as soon as possible.

We offer a range of sizes ranging from 5ft x 6.5ft to 20ft x 10ft, both wide backdrops and vertical backdrops.Not only the size can be customized, we can also add the specific size you need.When we receive your order, we start designing, and then we will send you an email to confirm the order design and delivery time.Your email is very important to us, please make sure your email is correct and valid! Once we get your approved, the printing process begins, and this is a custom order, you can't cancel your and we don't accept return.

How long can I receive it?

When we receive your order, we will make a design drawing for you according to your order requirements, and will send you the design drawing to confirm. The production time of the factory is 4-5 business days(except collapsible backdrop, needs 12-15 days), and the shipping time is 5-6 business days, so you can receive the package within 5-10 business days.

What size do I need?

5ft wide is ideal for kids or couple photographs (1-2 people). 6ft wide is ideal for small group photographs (2-4 people). 8ft wide is Ideal for medium-sized groups (4-6 people). 10ft wide is Ideal for large groups (6-8 people). 20ft wide is ideal for extra large groups (10+ people). You can view a detailed illustration of our size chart.

Do I have to pay extra fee for my custom backdrops?

There is no need to pay extra fees for a custom backdrops. Please be assured that the same size of the custom backdrops price and standard backdrops price is the same.

Can I cancel my custom order?

We often start processing your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, we will try to cancel the order for you, but our cancellation policy has some restrictions. If your items have been shipped, printed by the vendor, or have been sent to the proof of the print backdrop, unfortunately, the order can not be canceled. If you choose to continue to cancel the order, you will need to pay 25% of the order amount for the printed item as cancellation fee.

Can I return my custom backdrops?

Customized merchandise (including pattern, text, size etc.) can not be exchanged and returned.Custom backdrops return policy and our return policy is consistent, for our return policy please see: Return Policy

NOTE:

The quality of the backdrop depends on the image uploaded by the buyer. The clearer the picture, the better the background quality. We recommend that if it is not a logo repeating backdrop and requires the entire picture to be printed into one backdrop, a 6.5ftx6.5ft backdrop requires at least 0.5M size picture, and a backdrop larger than 6.5ftx6.5ft needs to be no smaller than 1M picture.
