And unlike many online retailers, we don’t believe that a superb shopping experience should end after you check out. That is the reason why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on almost every products on our website.

How to Initiate a Return

To return, please contact us via email to provide an order number.All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the items.

To some extent we won't accept any return if the items are not damaged when you get them. Cause every backdrop is made of special nature, we can not restore them.  Thank you for understanding!

However, If we send a wrong backdrop to you or you got a damaged to backdrops due to our mistakes, please contact us. The solution is as follows:

• We will offer a full refund(not include shipping fee)and you don't need to send it back.
• Resend a new one to you for no extra charge.
• If it is damaged in delivery, you need to provide the pictures of items which were not opened at the time of signing and receiving. Then, provide these as evidence for us to claim from the express company. We would resend you a brand-new one for no extra charge or shipping fee.

In addition, customized merchandise (including pattern, text, size etc.) can not be replaced and returned.Besides, we can not return or replace your orders if you make a deal with a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, etc.). 

Product Replacement

Currently we do not offer a replacement service for any products if they have no quality problems. Please kept informed.

Can I return the items if I don't like it?

If the items are perfect, just you don’t like it, within 7 business days of receipt of the items,you can contact us to return them. But you need to compensate us. Cause every backdrop is unique and made of special material. We offer 2 kinds of solutions as follow:

• Send the item back and we will refund you 40% of the price.(Shipping fee is on you)
• Keep the item, we will refund you 25% of the price and give you a 25% coupon when you buy next time.

Please notice, custom products(custom including pattern, text, size, etc.) can not be returned.  

What if I opened the photography backdrops, but have not used it. Can I still return it?

Sorry, according to the return policy we can't accept the return. Like above, if you insist on returning it, you need to compensate us. Please kept informed!
